The Village of Capac Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 2, 2025, at 6:00 P.M. at the Capac American Legion Hall to consider a variance request to the Sign Ordinance for the Taco Bell at 3283 Capac Rd. Residents and property owners are invited to provide written or verbal comments regarding proposed changes to sections 30-602, 30-605, and 30-607 of Chapter 30 of the Zoning Ordinance.

The Village of Capac will hold its annual Zoning Board of Appeals meeting on Monday, May 5, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the American Legion Hall, 115 N. Main Street, Capac, Michigan, 48014.
Any individual may petition the Zoning Board of Appeals for a hearing at a reduced fee of $150.00. Applications, supporting documentation, and the payment must be submitted to the Village of Capac Office at 131 N. Main Street, Capac, Michigan, on or before Wednesday, April 28, 2025.
