Downtown Development Authority Meeting Notice

The Village of Capac Downtown Development Authority (DDA) will hold an informational meeting to provide updates on the DDA’s current tax increment financing (TIF) plan and activities. The meeting will take place at the Village of Capac Office, located at 131 N. Main Street, Capac, Michigan, on Wednesday, December 5, 2024, at 9:00 a.m.

This meeting is open to the Board, taxing jurisdictions, and the general public. Written comments may be submitted in advance to the Village of Capac Downtown Development Authority at 131 N. Main St., P.O. Box 218, Capac, MI 48014. Verbal comments will also be taken during the meeting.
